These rotor covers have a circle of light already incorporated into the outer edge with tri-color LED lights (amber points outward, red and blue inward). The lights are enclosed in a weather resistant housing. There are 38 LEDOs in outer ring edge on each side. There is also a 9 LED amber light at the bottom of the fork for added side visibility.
